 The Great Potato Famine is a taste of the economic and cultural
differences that reside in American Society. From the struggles of the lower
and middle classes to the lavish lifestyles of the professional athlete;
from the homeless man begging for change on the corner to the lonely taxi
driver looking for his last fare of the night; from the dysfunctional
families to the starving artists. Painting on a canvas created by producers
Jerm the Just One, Joey Beats (Non-Prophets), Tommy Hearns and El Tripps;
Ambidex along with guest emcees Crisis Colous, Jerm and the turntablism
of DJ Shortrock take the listener on a ride to show what the United States
really looks like under all of the muscle and the slogans. |
